We are looking for Botanists who will be responsible for documentation of botanical data and will be doing extensive secondary data mining and field surveys.

Essential Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in Botany (Preferred: Angiosperm Taxonomy).
  • Proven 1- 2 years of experience in flora identification (trees, shrubs, climbers, lianas, herbs, grasses and sedges).
  • Strong taxonomic skills with the ability to identify, classify, and document plant species using botanical nomenclature.
  • Knowledge of the local flora, plant communities, and ecosystems in different bio geographical zones.
  • Willing to work on field for data collection.
  • Excellent data management and analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with taxonomic software and databases.
  • Good scientific and technical writing skills 
  • Well versed with MS-Office (Especially MS-Excel).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good writing skills.

  • Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Head Hunting, pre & post-recruitment process
  • Formulating and implementing various HR Policies
  • Complete process of payroll 
  • Identifying, arranging & conducting various Training & Development Programs
  • Conducting orientations to foster positive attitude towards Organizational objectives
  • Arranging various activities frequently engaging employees
  • Performance Assessment management of employees periodically for their Career growth
  • Responsible for statutory compliance, records under various labor laws.
  • Serve as a link between Management and employees in maintaining cordial relationship
  • Monthly updating of the Leave records of all the Employees on the Biometric System. & following up for the Leave applications with the Employees.
  • Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters & Confirmation Letters. 
  • Taking Exit-Interview and Issuing Reliving letters & full and final statement of existing employees
  • Participating and Discussing with Management regarding the new policies.
  • Maintaining the records of the employee by maintaining their personal files.

Job Duties & Responsibilities – 

  • Information related to local Species.
  • Methodology of landscape with all technical aspects also Irrigation techniques & its use
  • Use of fertilizers
  • Ensuring successful transplantation of all the trees as given in Environmental clearance, also ensure the survival of transplanted rate which again to be reported to authority & MoEFCC
  • Tree cutting as per Client’s requirements, ensure legal compliance & coordination with agency & forest dept.
  • Coordinate & liaison with forest office, local police & concerned authority for ensuring legal compliance in tree cutting & transplantation
  • Ensuring implementation & compliance on site regarding environmental clearance conditions regarding tree cutting, tree plantation, transplantation, designing, topsoil etc.
  • Documentation & reporting regarding tree cutting & transplantation to authority.
  • Coordination with landscape agencies (tree cutting/ transplantation/landscape/ tree plantation) to ensure proper implementation of client’s requirements.
  • Good communication & man management skills

    document preparation, and meeting scheduling.
  • Manage communication channels such as phone calls and emails.
  • Supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record retention, protection, and disposal.
  • Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure availability as needed.
  • Establish and implement office policies and procedures for optimal efficiency.
  • Review and update office policies to meet evolving needs.
  • Assist with budget preparation and track expenditures.
  • Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all employees.
  • Provide regular office operations reports to management and suggest improvements.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for field visits.
